The Business Zone characteristics

The planned number of users of the business zone with the associated communal infrastructure would be between 15 and 25 entrepreneurs - users, based on the planned area in the business zone of 4,000 m2 - 10,000 m2 per user, depending on their request.

Planned activities in the business zone are: production: predominantly industrial and craft, and service: trade, utility and service.

The reserved area in the business zone is 10,000 m2. Free areas in the zone amount to 120,000 m2. During the formation of the business zone, the process of securing the necessary land within the boundaries of the zone takes place in parallel. The entire scope of the Otočac Business Zone is owned by the City of Otočac.

Since it is a business zone that is in the stage of development, tasks related to the needs of potential users of the zone, and external users as well as development tasks of the City of Otočac's economy will be performed by the existing city services in charge of these programs.
